Fastest Method for Network Marketing Recruiting?

BEFORE I dive into what I believe is the fastest method of Network Marketing recruiting I must first say…

IF you are in such a hurry to recruit someone, you may be missing one of the main ingredients to creating Network Marketing success which is…

Being in it for the Long run.

I talk to so many people that NEED to recruit people quickly and they come across as if they don’t recruit someone quickly they are going to quit or determine that the profession is not a fit for them.

IF you carry that mindset, the profession probably ISN’T a fit for you.

Imagine ANY other business…

What if someone got their restaurant started, invested in the tables, chairs, permits, ovens, silverware, napkins, commercial signage, waiters, waitresses, chef, host or hostess, bathroom fixtures, lighting, menus and all the thousand other things needed to start a restaurant only to carry the attitude that if they didn’t see a FAST result in that business they were going to close shop?

If you google the average return on investment on a restaurant it ranges between 14% and 20%. This means, ON AVERAGE, it could take you between five years to over 7 years…just to get your investment back!

(NOTE: Comment below if YOU are or were a restaurant owner and have input on this)

And some people in the network marketing profession complain about investing a few hundred bucks lol

Bottom line: 

IF you require fast results and will quit if you don’t see them because you are just “testing out” this whole home business deal to see if it works, save your money, go get a nice steak dinner and don’t be so concerned with those entrepreneur dreams, if you are so quick to quit, I can vouch that it just isn’t going to work out for you.

Speedy Results

OK, enough of that, let’s get into the meat of this post!

The fastest method of Network Marketing Recruiting, in my opinion, is reaching out to warm market (before you close the page, let me explain as I have help for ALL types of people)

1. IF you have never been a part of a network marketing company and have never approached your warm market with one AND you have respect and trust with your warm market because you have been a good friend to them and kept your word on varying subjects over the years, CONGRATS,

You are going to recruit pretty easily, just hit them with this: 

“Hey, I have never come to you with this sort of thing before and although I have been approached hundreds of times over the years I have never joined any but this one got me excited. I respect you and I think you respect me, take a look at this video and if you see what I see, let’s rock it together and if not, totally cool and I won’t bring it up again.”

2. If you have been in a few different network marketing opportunities over the years and your warm market knows this, but they do have some form of respect for you but just haven’t joined you in your different ventures, 

Here’s the approach I suggest: 

“I know you have seen me do a few different things over the years and honestly I have invested a decent amount of money to research, participate in and locate an opportunity that I felt was out of this world and I do believe I found one. You may or may not agree and that is definitely OK but I wanted to reach out to you and see if you would be open to taking a look at it. I am going to run with this thing with or without you but would love to do it with you. If you are open to it, great, if not, no big deal, would you be open to giving me 20 minutes of your time to just take a look?”

3. OK, so, you have been in every company and you have hyped the hell out of your friends. You’ve surprise attacked them by inviting them over for dinner and then busting out a whiteboard. 

You attended THEIR birthday party and figured it made sense to bring product samples as everyone needs to know about your amazing product. For their wedding you bought them a starter pack. 

Every picture you post on Facebook, even the one taken at Uncle Jeb’s funeral has to include a company logo or you wearing the company pin.

Let’s face it, your warm market pretty much hates you and talks crap behind your back pretty much all the time. 

What will NOT work for you is ANYTHING to do with pitching them the business. You don’t really have a warm market, you have a BURNT market. 

You could tell them that if they handed you a 50 pesos bill you would hand them back a 100 bill and they would decline even after you show them proof of the 100. You have no prayer of them wanting to do ANY business with you because they HATE the way you operate. As crazy as it sounds, 

I have a solution for even you, dark perpetrator of common sense human communication strategies! 

Now, I DO suggest you improve your crazy ways but this is the ONLY script that could POSSIBLY get you a customer or signup. 

“Hey, I am doing a new business and before you freak out just know that I KNOW for sure that it is NOT a fit for you. I know I have approached you in all kinds of wild ways before I was trained better and for that I apologize. I was pretty stupid and I now see that and hope you can forgive me. Like I said, I don’t think the business is a fit at all for you but you really might like the product/service and it may be helpful to you and your family. If you don’t want to even check it out, I definitely understand but at least wanted to let you know about it”

This script combines an apology with vulnerability, addresses the elephant in the room AND deflects the business. 

Depending on how hardcore you have been with them, it will at least give you a shot whereas no other scripts taught by trainers would have a chance against this group of people you know.

The Harder You Train, The Easier The Game!

Whatever your game is… Sales, Network Marketing, Sports, or whatever…

“The harder you train, the easier the game.”

What I mean by that is the harder you train yourself the better you’ll become and the easier “The Game” will seem and feel to you because as we all know, success is when preparation meets opportunity.

There’s a very a simple formula for getting good at anything and it’s summed up in 2 words…

Train Hard!

We all know how obvious this success formula is for sports. If you wanna stand out on the playing field during game time, then you know you need to take your training more seriously than everyone else on the practice field and in the gym.

But how do you apply this success formula in your business? Well, I’ll give you a personal example…

When I was recruited , into my first direct sales opportunity I wanted to get good and become successful as fast as possible,

At that time I was working as a Branch Manager in Ayala Lands, I am well train in selling, recruiting, handling sales agent I thought building a network in my MLM business would be very easy for me.

But I was wrong!  

Of course working in corporate job even though same sales industry the marketing strategy in MLM has big different compare to my real state career.

so I need to adjust, I need to start from the bottom and start to learn how the MLM business played.

But what I did know and remember from my most of my training in Ayala Land is that if I wanted to get good I’d need to train hard. So I did.

I bought books, audios, courses, and tickets to attend every seminar and event on the subject I could. I worked on personally developing myself and devoured tons of content. 

I trained my mind with the same tenacity and voracity as an network marketer like an athlete looking to go pro would train their body.

Because I trained hard, the game (my business) got easier. Not because the game actually changed to become easier for me, but because I changed to become better for it.

Like Jim Rohn once famously said,

“Don’t wish it was easier wish you were better.” 

And what’s the secret to getting better?.. 

Train harder.

If you’d like a simple mantra to repeat to yourself everyday that will help you focus on one of the biggest secrets to success that exists today, remember my quote (see image) and say these words to yourself throughout the day to pump yourself up to invest in yourself and train hard..

"The harder I train, the easier the game!”

THE #1 THING YOUR NEW TEAMMATE WANTS MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE

When you sign up a new Rep, the #1 thing on your New Teammate’s mind is

“How do I make my money back?”

Even if they tell you their goal is to make 10,000/ month or retire their spouse, their first goal is really to recoup their initial investment.


As a leader, its important to understand this.


Plus, if you want to create massive momentum in your team; help your New Teammate recoup their money back in their first 24-48 hours


There’s lots of Network Marketing companies that have a Getting Started Right type training, but I want to share with you a couple tips that we do with our Team that can make that happen as Fast As Possible!


By doing this, your new Teammate’s belief skyrockets!


And when their belief increases and they go out to share the opportunity or products, they have more excitement and its easier for them to share with others what they have.


The real bonus to helping them recoup their investment back fast, is it adds so much value to their Story.


They then have the ability to go prospect and tell people

“Hey guess what?! I got started and was able to make my money back in the first 48 hours! There’s no risk, we’re having fun, we’re enjoying free product, etc…”

As a leader, you want to help them achieve this to help build up their Story.

WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP

I go more in-depth inside this week’s FREE download: The Ultimate Guide To Rocking Team Duplication, but within 24-48 hours of your new Teammate enrolling, you want to a scheduled Game Plan session with them.


Part of what this does is it helps to find out their goals and what they want to get out of the opportunity.


I ask them specifically,

“Imagine you’re on the beach sipping Margaritas. Who are the Top 5-10 people you’d want there with you by your side enjoying the sunset with your toes in the sand?”

This gets them thinking about the people that are closest to them.


I know, I know…. you’re thinking….

‘But Zeny, I only want the strategies to talk to COLD market people…. my warm market hates me’ 

LOL


Whether that’s really true or not, you’re warm market is the fastest way to creating a STORY. Not to RICHES, just to a STORY.


And that STORY leads to RICHES!


Next, you want to help them with a strategy on how to expose those Top 5-10 people to the opportunity or products.

HOW TO INCREASE YOUR RESIDUAL CHECK EACH MONTH


After you’ve helped your new Teammate get started and they start to recruit new Teammates, you want to attach yourself to their first signup and follow the same steps as before.


Put them through the training and schedule the Game Plan session with them.


You want to work in-depth with that person.


This will begin your team’s duplication and we call this

“Building In-Depth.”

The faster you can build this Momentum and create Team Duplication, the more solid your Team is.


And that’s how you also increase Retention.


By solely focusing on your next sale and your next sign up, you’ll lose the momentum within your team.


And I know that you don’t just want another sales job… instead, you want to leverage the opportunity of Network Marketing.


At the very least, you want to focus your efforts on building in-depth, help your team recoup their Initial Investment, and help them get free product or free memberships every month.


This is were the magic happens in your business.

“Your team gets excited, their belief skyrockets, and ultimately your Residual check increases!” 

BE THE LEADER FOR YOUR TEAM

As a Leader within your team, help more people recoup their investment and then help them get free products and work with each person one-by-one in-depth and do that.

Zeny Bugos here and in this resource I’m going to share with you some of my favorite tools and strategies for collecting a decision faster.





An indecisive prospect can be so annoying and typically the reason for indecisiveness is either lack of confidence or they need some more information to feel confident making the decision.

I’ve done a lot of presentations since 2005 and I’ve learned a lot when it comes to making people feel confident in their decision.

Tools are going to be your best friend when it comes to helping your prospects make a decision faster.

Most newbies want to talk and talk some more when it comes to pushing people towards a decision and it’s important to remember that,

"The more you talk, the more you PUSH people away."

Everything you do has to be duplicable and if you’re talking too much, your prospect is going to think that that’s what they’re going to have to do too!

Tools are going to make this process work better than anything.

So what tools do you use and how do you use them?

HERE ARE MY TOP 5 TOOLS THAT YOU CAN USE TO HELP YOUR PROSPECTS FEEL CONFIDENT IN MAKING A POSITIVE DECISION WITH YOU.

1. Your Company’s Success Magazine

Most company’s have a monthly or quarterly magazine or publication that features the success stories that have been born with the products or business.

This is one of my favorites in getting more specific company information into the hands of my prospects to help them feel more comfortable in linking arms with us.


2. Book - Business of the 21st Century

I have a stack of these at home at any given time and I love sharing this book with anyone that is unaware of Network Marketing and how it works.

This book adds a lot of credibility to our industry and it’s great at explaining the future of why Network Marketing is important.

3. Book - Networking Revolution

I’ve talked about this book before and how I use it as a prospecting tool with women and it works so well in helping to build credibility in our industry.

Their are a lot of success stories in this book that relate so well with many other women that are out there

4. Video - Rise of The Entrepreneur

A little while ago, Eric Worre came out with this short movie clip as a recruiting tool for Network Marketers.

He interviewed and talked to some of the leading economic and industry experts on their opinions and outlook towards Network Marketing and I love using this with prospects that are not yet quite convinced about the bigger picture of what I’m sharing.

5. Your Product

Nothing beats a product sampling if you can do one.

Have your prospect build confidence and belief by setting them up with a trial or sample of your products line for 15-30 days.

Let the product speak for itself!

THE PROPER WAY TO USE YOUR TOOLS WITH YOUR PROSPECTS...

Most people do this all wrong and I want to make sure that you do this right so that you get the most results.

If you have a prospect that’s interested and they see an opportunity for themselves, but they need a little more time to make a decision, ALWAYS make sure you give them a tool that you think will help them most WITH a followup time scheduled for them to get started.

Never leave a prospect without a TIME scheduled with them.


Here’s how I would approach this with a prospect:

“So John, you need a little more time. That totally cool. I’m going to leave you with this book and I want you to flip through it. There are a bunch of really cool success stories in there and there’s one that your wife might like about the retired school teacher!"

"About how much time do you think you need before we get you started with us?"

"Next Friday it is. What time works best with you?"

"Okay awesome, Friday at 7pm. We’ll reconnect then and if anything changes in between now and then and you can get started sooner, just let me know, otherwise we’ll connect on Friday!”


If you’re scheduling your Getting-Started times with the people that are interested, you’ll never have people sitting on the fence.

They only reason prospects sit on the fence is because you let them.... let’s change that up!

HOW TO FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR REFERRALS IN 6 EASY STEPS

PROCESSES, STRATEGY, SCRIPTS TO HELP YOU SIGN MORE BUSINESS THROUGH REFERRALS

Hi there my friend,

Zeny Bugos here and today we’re talking all about building your customer base through referrals.


If you do this right, you can create a lot of leverage through asking for referrals and connecting with them.


A referral lead is typically more inclined to look at your product, service or business because they would be considered more warm than a cold market prospect (someone you just met on the street for the very first time).

Just think about it... 

If someone referred you to use a plumber to fix your kitchen sink, would you put more weight on using that recommended referral instead of opening the yellow pages and just picking a random plumber?

Exactly!!! 

This is why referrals are so amazing. So how do you connect with the referrals that you’re given so that you look like a professional and you have the best outcome for signing more business?

It’s all about following a simple process and being consistent with it

SO HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THIS WORK MOST EFFECTIVELY ONCE YOU GOT THE REFERRAL CONTACT INFO: 

1. Get The Introduction


Once you’ve gotten their details, ask the person that shared their details with you to make the introduction so it’s not weird when you connect with them.

I usually ask them to send a quick text to let them know who I am and that I’ll be reaching out.

Super Tip: Ask them to share an edification point. So for example: 


“Hey John, I just want to send you a text to let you know that my good friend Mary might connect with you in the next couple days. Mary is very connected here in __________ (company or business) and she’s looking for a few sharp people that have an Entrepreneur mindset. I told her to connect with you and see how it goes”


An edification point is sharing something nice or important about the person so the referral is more excited or curious to take the call and it sets up the call to be taken seriously.


2. Connect Within A Couple Hours


I don’t like to pounce on my people and I don’t like to look desperate so this is where you play it cool.

Within a 2-hour window (I don’t like to wait more than 2 hours) send your referral a message to set up the connection. Either text or phone call works best.

Here’s an example of what I like to say: 


“Hey John, Zeny Bugos here. I got your info from Bob and I think he connected with you today and let you know that I would be reaching out. Bob mentioned that you have an Entrepreneur mind and that we should connect. Are there a few times this week that would work to meet for 15-20 mins?”


If you send this in a text and you don’t hear back within a few hours, pick up the phone and call. You might have the wrong number and you’ll want to rule that out. Also, any professional would follow that up with a call if they didn’t hear back.


3. Schedule It

Schedule a time that works for the both of you. In person is best, but if you can’t make an in-person meeting work, by phone is great too.


4. Ask Questions & See If They’re a Fit 

This is where you have to have some posture and remember that you should be qualifying your prospects to see if you’d like working with them.

Most people in Network Marketing want to sign everyone up... Not ME and you shouldn’t want that either. 

You’re building a team and customer base that you want to be excited about and they should have some qualities to be able to join the ‘Dream Team.’

Here are a couple questions that I would ask during this phase of the process:

1. So John, Bob mentioned that you have a good Entrepreneurial mindset, tell me a bit about that? 

2. What do you currently do for a living? 

3. What’s the end goal? 


You don’t have to ask too many, but these will help you determine how to approach the pitch and what their hot points are, from there you can go into your regular process for presenting or setting up a presentation.

I’m very relaxed and non-pushy with my business and it tends to relax the situation as a whole. I never pounce on my prospects because I want them to know that I’m analyzing to see if they would even qualify to hear more.

Side Note: Don’t mistake relaxed with not serious about my process and business. 


5. Set It Up

After a bit of conversation and listening to where they’re at, if I think they’d be cool to work with, I’ll say something like:


“John, I think you’d love what we’re working on, but I can’t know for sure unless you see all the details. I can’t promise you anything, but if you saw a way that you could make some serious money without it interfering with what you’re already doing, would you be open to learning more?”



I might add some verbiage in there if they mentioned a want or need in our conversation that my product, service or business would serve to also make it more relevant.

Super Simple and Professional Right?


6. The Extra Professional Touch 

Not a lot of people do this and I wish they did. This will make you stand out from all the other Networker's out there and this will also get you more referrals.

When someone shares any referrals with you, send them a Thank You card.

If any of those referrals turn into business, send them Brownies. 

I use a service called SendOutCards to do this, but you can find any service you like.... just do it. 

Imagine how much more business you’ll get if you take care of the people that are confident sending you business.

So there you have it!
